Does Celexa Cause Nausea?

I went off 150mg Wellbutrin and started on 20mg Celexa on Tuesday. I am also taking Cipro for a UTI as well as 1mg Xanax and klonipin I am weaning off of. Now taking 1mg in am, 1mg at noon, and 2 1/2mg at bed. I feel VERY nauseated even though I take 8mg Zofran for nausea. Is the nausea from the Celexa or from taking the antibiotic with hardly anything in my stomach?

Hello
Welcome here.

There can be some reasons for nausea in your case:
Switching from one drug to another, as body is adapting to new drugs.
Or
Takibg antibiotics empty stomach.
Or
Initiation of celexa (all SSRIs at initiation can cause nausea and vomiting).

If the nausea is not being relieved by zifran, you can consult your physician for dose adjustment of your drugs.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
