Does Cephalexin Affect The Menstruation Cycle?
Hi, I m a sexually active female and use protection (condoms). My period is delayed by a day. I experienced vaginal dryness (two small cuts outside vagina) I am on cephalexin 500mg 2 tablets a day. Is there a chance the cephalexin is delaying my period or may I be pregnant?

Since you are using condom , so one day delay in period is not meant ,that you are pregnant.
Since you are taking cephalaxine ,so directly this don't interfere in menstrual cycle but delay may be due to antibiotics or may be due to tension or anxiety ( as tension and anxiety interfere in hormone release ).
So in my opinion ,you are not pregnant .
Still wait for 4-5 days if no menstruation then get in home pregnancy test ( after 7 days delay of period date).
