Does Cipla Actin Cause Loss Of Apetite During Pregnancy?

I have been taking cipla actin for sometime and now I discovered I m pregnant. My problem is now I m losing apetite I just eat a small portion and when I continue eating I feel like throwing out. My question is can I continue taking cipla actin for my apetite to come back or is there any other solution to it.

Most medications, with the exception of vitamins, should not be used till at least the 2 nd trimester to avoid any problems.

Cipla actin has a pregnancy category of B. This means that animal (not human) studies have been done and no harm has been shown to the animal fetus. There is no information on testing when used in people.
