Does Cipro Cause Dizziness And Headaches Along With Tinnitus?
Hi I Am a 59 yr old female who took Cipr o for UTI for 6 days twice a day and since has been having bad headaches and dizziness and at nighttime while laying down pounding sounds in my ears.Could this be a side effect and should I go and all my doctor ? Will this more and likely go away soon? Thanks! Oh and forgot to mention that I Am a coffee drinker...is caffeine part of this problem?
The given symptoms of a headache, dizziness, pounding sound in the ear are not the side effects of drug neither is due to urinary tract infection, but it seems to be nonspecific and will come around on its own no need to see the doctor. If the symptoms persist for days and become more severe then you will have to see the doctor till then it is nothing to worry.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Akhtarhusain,
