Hi,
I understand your concern.
In some cases,
ciprofloxacin is causing
hypoglycemia if given to diabetics who are taking metformin.
You should check your blood sugar level (bsl) while on ciprofloxacin, record the results for future reference.
Some other times, tendinitis or inflammation of soft tissues can occur. In case you are experiencing
muscle pain or sudden unexplained joint pain, should stop ciprofloxacin, and report this side effect to the doctor who prescribed it to you.
Fluticasone is a corticosteroid medication. If used as
nasal spray, some of this med can pass into bloodstream and might increase bsl. You should check your bsl, record the results; if high, then, should adjust the dose of metformin you are taking.
Although these are some of the side effects of ciprofloxacin and fluticasone, it does not mean you'll experience them.
If you notice anything unusual, should report to the doctor who prescribed to you as side effects to change therapy.
Wish fast recovery.
