Hello
Your mother is a heart patient and also having diabetes .
She is also having backache and headache , so i would advise you consult your cardiologist and get his opinion for headache and backache .
In my opinion pain killer will not be useful because these will interfere in heart disease .
Iburpofen antacgonises the effects of cardiac drugs .
Aspirin displaces ibuprofen from binding sites.
NSAIDs ( pain killers )blunt the antihypertensive effects so not useful.
Ibuprofen and paracetamol are the ingredient of combiflam.
So consult your doctor and get his opinion regarding some pain killer ( proper drug).
Good luck.
