Interaction between
Disulfiram and Warfarin is found to be moderate.
Disulfiram oral will increase the level or effect of warfarin oral by altering
drug metabolism.
Using warfarin together with disulfiram can cause you to bleed more easily. Hence it is advisable not to use two drugs simultaneously.
However, if it is inevitable and you need to use it, then you may need a dose adjustment by testing of your
prothrombin time (PT) or International Normalized Ratio (INR).
Kindly consult your Physician for proper management.
Seek medical attention promptly if you have any unusual bleeding or bruising,
vomiting, passing of blood in your urine or stools, headache,
dizziness or weakness when you are on both the drugs.
