hi i’ve been taking doxycycline pills for my skin and they made my discharge brown and bloody i’m not sure if its my period or the pills but i already got my period this month and i’m getting faded little acne’s on my arms this didn’t happen before i was on the pills

It is possible in some patients to relapse previous or clinically silent fungal infection after starting antibiotics. In your case, it is quite possible that vaginal discharge is because of fungal infection relapse.
So first confirm it by gynaecological examination and then start fluconazole once a week for 4-5 weeks.
