Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As both urine and blood tests for pregnancy gave negative results, the possibility of pregnancy is very less. Duphaston containing progesterone helps in getting bleeding by withdrawal effect. If you do not get periods even after 7 to 10 days of taking tablets and if your previous blood test for pregnancy gave value between 5 to 25 mIU/ml, which is inconclusive, you can go for rechecking of Beta hCG levels levels in blood.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
