Does Duphaston Help Prevent Miscarriage In A Person With PCOS?
Hi, My wife is having problem PCO. She had miscarriage 4 months back. Yesterday we got to know that she is pregnant without taking any treatment. Today she starts light bleeding, does it mean another miscarriage? She took duphaston on his own, can it prevent miscarriage?

yes, duphaston is very helpful in preventing threaten abortions/miscarriages even your wife is having PCOD/PCOS
but i would suggest you to take your wife to her obstetrician as earlu as possible to have check with her and doctor will do all necessary blood tests and ultrasound as well which must be done during first trimester
