Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC ..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain an ulcer over the gum under the lower teeth is not necessarily due to Duromine as it will cause mouth ulcers is not an essential finding..
A painful and sore Ulcer over the gum can be due to a few cases like it can be a
Canker Sore or an Apthous Ulcer or it can also be a gum boil or a gum abscess formed secondary to injury to the gum leading to food
impaction causing infection under the gum..
In case if there is infection in the gums it can also be a
Gingival abscess or if it involves deeper structures it can be a
Periodontal abscess..
It can also be a
Dental Abscess if it is under a decayed tooth..
I would suggest you to apply a numbing gel over the Ulcer to relieve pain..
Do warm saline gargles..
Gargle with antimicrobial mouthwash..
Avoid spicy and hard foods..
In case of no resolution consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment can be advised as per the cause confirmation..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
