Does Fertigyn 5000 Ml Have Any Side Effects?

hi,
am 24 years old. now am pregnant. 7 weeks completed. they took scan,in that they mentioned corpus luteal cyst is not seen. for that my doctor prescribed fertigyn 5000 ml once in 5 days. Whether i need to take or not? whether it will give any side effects
