Does Gravibinon Injection Help In Sustaining Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 39 years old n currently 6 week pregnant by ultrasound report.my case is too complicated as at age of 30 years I had laprotomy due to chocolate cyst n had right salpingoophorectomy done. After that I got married n did I not conceived,diagnosed as a case of premature ovarian failure with high FSH n lh levels, spontaneously conceived 2 years back n aborted at 23 weeks twin baby boys with pre-prom, now I have conceived again spontaneously, n I want to know best treatment available for me, as my doctor has kept me on inn hcg, inj gravibinon, low dose aspirin and low molecular weight heparin, is to continue them a look l is OK?

1.The medication quite enough for conceiving an maintaining pregnancy, good hormonal therapy.
2.Keeping mind of your history, you need take good care, less mobility in early pregnancy time (first trimester)
3.Take little extra care, even little spotting or pain better get a scan done to check fetal wellbeing.
