Hi doctor, I have 20years old . I have irregular periods and diagnosed with pcos I and my husband trying for a baby 1years but not concept and my doctor suggest me to have letoval 2.5mg in second day of my period and suggest for a follicular study... .will letoval help me to get pregnant.... And what the use of the tablet letoval

Yes, your treating doctor has rightly suggested you to use tablet Letrozole, this helps in egg formation and helps to get pregnant.

I will also suggest that she should start with Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements, and opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.

Also, follicle study from day 10 of the cycle will be of help to know about the day of ovulation. Try having sexual activity on and around the day of ovulation, to help getting pregnant.
