Does Lipitor Cause Swelling In The Foot?

I have been taking Lipitor for about 6 weeks and I am having trouble with my right foot - from the end of the toes to the top of the foot and swelling - have been to a dr and it is not the gout and there is nothing fractured had x-ray. Could it be the lipitor

Hi,

It is not related to Lipitor. Most probably it could be an arthritis possibly gout. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
