Does Lisinopril Cause Abnormal Blood Pressure And Weight Loss?
I just had my bp med changed from hydrochlorathiazide to 10 mg lisinopril. Makes me feel very shaky and my blood pressure is running around 133/92 bottom goes up to 98...is this okI am 48 weigh about 140. Used to weigh about 170, got down to 135, before ever going on meds...didn t make a difference. Also take levothyroxin, (had graves disease took radio active iodine)
Hui shakiness and varying blood pressure can be because of doses of thyroxine. doses of thyroxine needs to be adjusted , get a thyroid profile done , as there is a chance that you are on high doses of thyroxine , hich may be responsible for your symptoms.
a shift from hydrochlorthiazide to lisinopril should not cause such problem , however you should get your serum sodium potassium done ,as both of these medication causes electrolyte disturbances ,and symptoms can be because of electrolyte disturbance thanks you
