Does Lisinopril Cause Lethargy And Sluggishness?

Hi, I have been taking adderral extended release and Metoprolol as well as Lamictal with great results, introduced lisinopril as my BP has still been high, I now feel lethargic and a bit melancholy and sluggish, will follow up with my Primary Care MD, but could the lisinopril be the culprit? Thank You for your service Steve

Yes lisinoril can cause leathery and mood changes. In your case, the addition of lisinopril appears to be associated with onset of symptoms.
If you were my patient, I would have switched over to an another drug called telmisartan (or any other Angiotensin receptor blocker) and ensure that your blood pressure is under normal range.
Hope this helps Steve. Have a great day. Thanks.
