Does Losartan Potassium Cause Depression?

i have been taking Losartan Potassium 25 mg for 3 months and have been experiencing depression for the past month. I usually do not suffer from depression can it be the drug. I alos take vitamin D, A, calcium and fish oil I am a 61 year old femal diagnosed with hypertension/high BP

Thanks for the question and I appreciate your concern. Losartan potassium does not cause depression. It may cause dizziness or light headedness though. If you are feeling depressed I suggest you should visit a psychiatrist or you can even see your prescribing doctor.
