Does Losartan Cause Dry Cough?

I was just prescribed Losartan for my high blood pressure. Since taking I have noticed a dry cough and a tightness in my chest. I live in an area where allergies are affecting me with post nasal drip and sneezing. Is this cough and tightness due to allergies and/or the medication?
