Does Lyrica Reduce Cancer Pain?

I have stage four lung cancer. It has spread to the adrenals and liver. I rejected chemo two years ago. I cannot take opiates as they absolutely make me sick! Will Lyrica help with cancer pain? Tylenol helps but as the pain worsens what is recommended to help me?

Hello dear. Lyrica is not going to help as it is useful in mild neuropathic pain while you have visceral pain. PAtch form of opioid is available which is easy to tolerate. Or you can use diclofenac.
