Hello You are having Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome ( PCOS). You regestone and meprate for your period i.e. you are having amenorrhea or no bleeding. You are complaining that there is hairs fall , I want to tell you that these tablets are hormonal treatment and don t causes any hairs fall , so need not to worry about hairs fall . Since you are having PCOS and amenorrhea . Beside other symptoms ( hirsutism , acne , obesity , follicle stroma ) these are characteristic features of PCOS. You are planning for kids ,having amenorrhea ( forget about hairs fall , as once you will get treatment for PCOS ,there will not be any hairs fall ). In my opinion consult a gynaecologist and take treatment for PCOS ( doctor may prescribe oral contraceptive pills and metformin for sometime). Cysts are often caused by hormone changes. Using birth control pills can sometimes help regulate hormone level ,so that the cysts can be taken care of. Then your doctor stop using medication or if indicated you may need to continue it for a bit longer. Once you stop the birth control pills ,there should not be any medical concerns , you shouldn t have any problem with FUTURE CONCEPTION. So consult a gynacologist and take treatment ( 2nd opinion).
