hi!since i shifted to bangalore from delhi i lot of itiching in the nose plus excessive sneezing and pain in the throat.my doctor has asked me to take montek lc when ever these symptoms arise.this tab.definetly gives me lot of relief but makes me listless because of which my daily routine suffers.pls. give me an alternative

In the treatment of allergy main thing is, you have to avoid allergens. No use of tablets unless you are free from allergens. Use a face mask whenever you go out. Try to wash the bed sheet and all clothes in every two days.
