Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Morphine is an opioid pain medication used to treat moderate to severe pain.Pain management depends on pain intensity.Intensity of pain is however very subjected.Morphine may be indicated when common pain drugs are not helping and also in chronic pain not responding to lower lines of pain medications.
Dose adjustments may be necessary depending on response to treatment and if any side effects.
Hope this will help
Best regards
