Does Nexidon 10 Cause Memory Impairment In People With Hyponatremia?

sir i have taken nexidon 10 medicine on my doctor advice after eating of it 1 day i got headache then my doctor advice to do serum electrolyte test then i came to know that i have low sodium and potassium levels in my blood and on net i came to know that if someone has low sodium level and eat nexidon 10 tablet then memory impairment occurs is it true
