I was taking nifedipine 30 mg I had to stop because it made my muscles weak and I was tired all the time I do still take metoprolol 100mg tablets twice a day I am diabetic and take insulin, and also take paroxiteine. Was nifedipine causing the muscle weakness? I feel so much better not taking this.
