General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Nortryptilline as with other psychiatric drugs can cause dizziness and imbalance especially on the initial days of usage.
If symptoms persist you can consult your psychiatrist and ask for alternatives.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
