Does NovaSure Cause Weight Gain?

Curious about potential weight gain after novasure. I had my procedure done 3 weeks ago and have put on 4 pounds. This is odd since I workout 4 times a week and have for months. I watch what I eat and have been consistently dropping 3-4 pounds a month.

NovaSure endometrial ablation is a unique technique which uses radio-frequency impedance-based technology, and delivers a customized treatment to lighten or end heavy menstrual bleeding.
Side effects, which could be temporary may include cramping, nausea, vomiting, discharge and spotting. Weight gain is not a known side effect associated with NovaSure.
Kindly consult your doctor and get evaluated about this problem as it could be due to some other cause.
