Hello -
No,
Oxyelite pro does not contain steroids, but it has been tested to contain a toxic chemical called DMAA. Numerous cases of
liver failure and heart problems have occured due the use of this product. It is not available in many countries.
To answer your question regarding
joint pains, yes, it is possible for your symptoms to be resulting due to the impact of that drug. I, too, am concerned that it hasn't resolved in two weeks. Are you replacing electrolytes properly and replenishing
carbohydrate supplies?
Do you have any other symptoms? If you hadn't just poisoned yourself I would say
Coenzyme Q10 might help. If you continue to have these symptoms, please write back with more information on everything you are taking and how you are handling your fitness diet. I will help you figure this out.
For now, I suggest taking Yoga, focus on centering, stretching, healing. If you have
chest pain, your eyes turn yellow, skin starts to itch, dizziness, call your doctor immediately and explain what happened. They can test for muscle and liver enzymes. Massage, hot bathes, whirlpools,Tai Chi, Yoga, walks,
meditation, no junk foods or fitness supplements. In two weeks, talk to me or talk to a doctor and get blood work done, whichever the symptoms dictate. It has been a pleasure. I am looking forward to seeing you in my virtual clinic someday. Kathryn Shattler, MS,RDN
