Does Qvar Inhaler Cause Throat Pain While Swallowing?
I started taking a new QVAR ready inhaler which is a powder rather than an aerosol inhaler to treat my asthma, now my throat hurts when i swallow and there is discolored bright pink spots on my tongue that are painful. What is the reason for this and does the QVAR have anything to do with it?

Yes steroid inhalation may cause pharygitis and also there's is a chance to develop oral thrush. So use gargling with Salt water after each time of exposure. Use Fluconazole tablet incase candida infection. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
