Does Signoflam Cause Side Effects Like Stomach Upset?
I have an insect bite on my forehead it swelled up and then the swelling was moving down over my eye and now to my cheek, it does not pain. I asked my doctor on phone and described by situation and he recommended signoflam for the swelling. I have taken two tablets and now my stomach is upset.

Indigestion,abdominal pain can occur with signoflam since it contains two pain killers namely Paracetamol and Aceclofenac.
These side effects can be avoided by using H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors half an hour before food.
