Does Sotalol Cause Joint Pain?

I have been on sotolol for over a year. 80mg. lately I have been experiencing bouts of dizziness that last anywhere from 15 minutes to 3-4 hours. I have also developed pain in all my joints in the last month. Especially neck, fingers and knee joints. Blood work came back normal except high bad cholesterol. I am not a big meat eater nor have I changed my diet in the past 4-5 years. Never had a cholesterol problem before. I am a female, 74 years old, 5 feet 4 inches and weigh 148lbs. Nothing in my life style has changed other than the sotolol for afib. Could the sotolol be causing the joint pain?

If you go from drug to an effect there has to be something in between. WIth blood pressure medicine and dizziness, you'd look at low blood pressure as a cause FROM the drug TO giving the dizziness.

74... joint pain....been on the medicine a year and now out of the blue some aches and pains... There are a lot of causes besides the medicine. Arthritis, urinary tract infection, colds, depression are some I've seen this week.
