Strocit – it contains citicoline. It is used for treatment of memory disorder. But its effects are limited. It may cause abdominal pain and diarrhea. You can continue it as suggested.
Aciloc – it contains ranitidine which is used for suppression of acidity. If you have acidity problem then continue it. Otherwise discontinue it. Its common side effects are headache, malaise, dizziness, somnolence, insomnia, vertigo, reversible mental confusion, agitation, mental depression, hallucinations, constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort or pain, and rash.
Nicergoline – it is also used for treatment of memory disorder. Its effects are also limited. It may cause nausea, hot flushes, mild gastric upset, hypotension and dizziness. You can take a trial of this medicine for improvement of memory problems.
Thanks
