I HAVE CHRONIC ED AND LUTS,AFTER MANY BLADDER AND PROSTATE PROBLEMS.I HAVE DISCOVERED COMBINATION OF DAILY TADALAFIL AND FLOMAX BRILLIANT,BUT ONLY REALLY GOOD AT 20MG DAILY TADALAFIL.NHS WILL ONLY GIVE 5MG DAILY,NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ED. HAVE READ VARIOUS PEER REVIEWED PAPERS SAYING COMBINATION SAFE AND MOST EFFECTIVE AT HIGHER DOSE.I WANT TO GET PRIVATE PRESCRIPTION FOR EXTRA CIALIS,WHAT DO YOU THINK.

Dear Tamsulocin and tadalafil Either increases the level of the other by blood pressure lowering effect that may lead to fainting. Risk of low blood pressure (hypotension).
Also high dose of tadalafil may increase cardiac problems in cardiac patients. Avoid taking tadalafil with nitroglycerin.
