Does Topamax Cause Yeast Infection?
Hi about 5 months ago I was put on Topamax for my seizures. Since I don t urinate as often and now for about the last month I have had like yeast infection symptoms however; my discharge has a bad odor and a greenish color. Could the Topamax be causing it or not drinking enough water?

The genitourinary side effects in women on Topamax have included intermenstrual bleeding, leukorrhea, menorrhagia, vaginitis, and amenorrhea. Urinary tract infections, micturition frequency, urinary incontinence, dysuria. Renal calculus have also been reported frequently.
You could have your discharge examined for yeast and if present, it can be treated.
In the meanwhile drink more water and eat wholesome food.
