Does Tylenol With Alcohol Cause Incoherence And Hallucination?

I think that my husband claims that he took 40-50 Tylenol PM and and some alcohol drink last night. He told me this this am. He has been occasionally vomitting all day this am and was incoherent earlier today. He seems to be be coherent now but was hallucinating earlier too

I strongly suggest you to not take this thing lightly and immediately go to the nearest hospital.Tylenol is a drug called paracetamol which when taken in huge amounts (like 40-50 tablets) can lead to severe complication like liver failure or kidney failure or even death.
He should be given life saving measures like stomach wash,rules tube aspiration and the antidode for paracetamol called n acetyl cystein.Time is precious and so don't waste any time and rush to the hospital.
