Does Unwanted 72 Cause A Delay In Periods?

i took unwanted 72 on 7 oct , my previous mensis date was on 30 sept , on 15 oct again my periods started , now its 26 nov and no period till date . Is it normal after unwanted 72 , also i got urine pergnancy test on 19 nov and it came out negative.
