Hi im 2 weeks pregnant and was given by my gynocolohist utrogestan 200mg, solupred 20 mg, and ascal sachets. 2 years ago I lost my baby to neonatal hemocromatosis and now im so afraid there might something im not ment to take. Thank you so much for your help.
Hi dear..first of sorry to hear about the past incident. Hemocromatosis is a disorder related with the iron levels but the utrogestan(progesteron supplement) and solupred(prednisolon) doesnt have effect on iron levels so be relax and continue your medication according to your gynaecologist. its advisable to regular check your serum iron, ferritin and transferrin level and regular follow up. hope this will helpful, and all the best. thanks Dr.Sohil
