what substitutes are there for warfrin.i have anatrial valve replacement and aorta repair.on april 22 i had a pace maker installed and for a week or so i did well then i began feeling out of breath and that has not changed. i am also very dizzy, all the time please help me if you can,my doctors dont seem to know what to do about any of this. thanks for listening.
