Hello,
1. There is no documented evidence of any harmful interaction between Warfarin with
Atorvastatin,
Amlodipine and
Clonazepam. However, Warfarin may cause harmful interaction if taken along
Venlafaxine and
Amitriptyline as these combinations may increase the risk of bleeding.
You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience any unusual bleeding or bruising, or have other signs and symptoms of bleeding such as dizziness; light headedness; red or black, tarry stools; coughing up or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds.
2.
Topiramate can cause increased body temperature and decreased sweating, and these effects may be worsened when combined with medications like Amitriptyline.
Heat stroke and hospitalization may occur especially in warm weather and during vigorous exercise.
So, in view of the above it's not safe to take Topamax while taking all those medications. Consult your doctor to prescribe an effective alternative to Topamax that does not not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications.
You should drink plenty of fluids during warm weather and when exercising, and seek medical attention if you have decreased sweating or a fever. You may also experience drowsiness, dizziness, or light headedness when taking these medications together.
3. If taken along with Amitriptyline, Clonazepam, Lorazepam, and Venlafaxine the drug Soma can increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, difficulty concentrating, impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination which may result in falls and injuries which can be fatal. You should avoid activities requiring mental alertness such as driving or operating hazardous machinery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
