Hello Dr my Wife last Jan 17 lmp, but last week we are going to take scan, dr said there is no heart beet and no growth, missed abort. so we are discussed with another dr. that dr also scanned and said same answer. finally dr said to use ziotec 200 mg for 10tab.

Hello, yes it is safe but in general all medicines for abortion have a failure rate of around 25% and complication rate of 10-15% so consult with an experienced gynecologist and take the medicines only under her supervision.
