Do zipaz medicine harm anyone mentally,i get depression wanna die kill my self always.I ll be roaming always.I just wanna take long sleep or rest......I take zipaz medicine of 0.25mg..first i took 1 tab morning only, then i was not satisfied so then the doctor prescribed to take 1 morning and evening too.then again i was not satisfied s he asked me to talke 2 tab in morning only.......but still i get more tension and depressed. What to do??
Hello Welcome here. Zapiz is an anti anxiety drug. It does not cause depression. I think you have not been prescribed the right medication. For tension and depression, drugs like escitalopram and sertraline are much more effective then zapiz. Also you can practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep your anxiety levels under control. Please revisit your doctor(preferably a psychiatrist) for proper treatment. Hope this helps. Thanks.
