Does A Bump On Back Of My Son S Head After A Fall Need Medical Attention?

I was carrying my 11 month old baby up wooden stairs when I tripped. I was still holding him but he hit the back of his head near the base. There s a bump there now. He cried for about 10 minutes and then acted normal. Ate cheerios etc. Pupils were normal, responds to me, no vomiting or loss of consciousness. Do I need to bring him to the ER tonight or follow up with the pediatrician tomorrow and just observe him tonight? Thanks.

Well if he didn't have any lose of consciousness, vomiting or any other reaction to be worried about I will suggest to just observe him tonight and tomorrow to see your doctor to see that everything is ok.
