Does A Burning Sensation During Urination Need Medical Attention?

I am about 6 weeks pregnant. 21 years old. I just started getting a burning sensation during and after I pee. The burning sensation lasts for about 10 minutes after I pee. Also, I have had a severe headache for over 5 hours now. Should I seek medical attention?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
