Does A Lump In The Cervix Cause Pain During And After Intercourse?

hello , i have been examining my self internally over the last six mnths as i found a small size lump on the neck of my womb . i have been to my local surgery and had two vaginal examinations unfortunatlly during these examinations i was mensturating due to the contreceptive implant which i constanly bled on my doctor said there was nothing they could see but because of my bleeding sent me for an ultrasound which came back fine along with sti checks and high vaginal sworbs . my last smear was june 2010 and was normal . i have recently had my implant removed due to the inconvinience it caused and after months without intercourse with my partener we just made love for the first time and had to stop because it was to painful excruciating infact it has now been 8 hours and im so uncomftible with sharp pains in my lower pelvis i have examined my self internally this evening and found my lunmp has gowm almost to a pea size and if i put pressure on the neck of my womb i have sharp pain ...... i have two children and am almost 30 . please help .
