hello.
you can wait for about 3 - 6 days for the flow. (if your periods were earlier perfectly regular) if it was in delayed pattern in last few months then u can skip doing UPT 2nd time, cause it may be delayed due to thyroid problem too. then u have to wait for the periods or consult ur physician.
