Does A Second Line Being Faint In Pregnancy Test Kit Mean Positive Pregnancy?

Hi, I recently had a medical abortion on July 18 and had the mirena inserted. At that moment in time I did not want anymore children. On August 5 I decided to remove the mirena for me and my husband decided to conceive afterall. I bled for a few days after the removal and as of today i have not had a regular period. I took four pregnancy tests at different days and all came out with the second line very faint. So i went to a local clinic and took one there and the same thing happened. I already made an appointment with my doctor so they can do some lab tests but thats not for another 2 weeks that i can see the doctor. Can i already be pregnant. I have slight cramping and back pain at the moment but no period and a little anxious to know what a doctor has to say.
