Does A Soft Lump In The Anal Passage Need Treatment?

im 32 yr old woman. when i go to the loo after i clean myself i can feel like a soft lump just above my back passage. i get tummy aches go to the loo more often sometimes my stool looks funny like 2 days ago it had black spots and reddish whitish things on there what can it be.

Dear the problem may be due to hemorrhoid or wart .
They may present like mass in the anal canal feel soft doughy.

May be you also suffering from food allergy or Irritable bowel which may cause loose stools.

Some time Upper hi bleed may also cause this problem.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid caffeinated drinks.

If symptoms not improved please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
