Does A Spermatocele Cause Infertility?

dear sir i am 20 years old. recently i have observed very small ball which is attached to the testis. i have visited a doctor and he concluded that it is a spermocele .i hesistated to ask him that , is there any problem for producing a child in future, while having this type of disease. so please clarify my doubt
