Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

Please do not worry.
Your treating doctor has rightly suggested you to go ahead for evacuation uterus as the pregnancy is not viable. It might be harmful to continue with the blighted ovum. So I will suggest you to go ahead with surgical procedure and evacuate the uterus.

Secondly, as such there is no harmful effect of this procedure on future pregnancy.
I will suggest you to
opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Start on Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements regularly. Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet.

Please plan the pregnancy in future atleast 3 to 4 months after current pregnancy.

Things will be fine in the due course of time.
May God bless you with a bundle of Joy.
Thanks.
