Does A Tear Causing A Bleeding Scrotum Need Medical Attention?
Hi I'm 20 years old , bout 10 stone and earlier I climbed a fence to get a ball we kicked over and as I jumped down I ended up getting my shorts caught and after landing I noticed a short cut on my ball sac that bled quite badly for a while i cleaned the wound put cream to preven infection an now got a plaster over it is this enough or do I need to see a doctor?

You have already take a proper care by doing the right thing, by cleaning this well and applying the cream.
IF the would is only skin deep and not bleeding, this may be sufficient.
If the wound is large or need stitches or you have any other symptoms of pain, swelling or so, it is better to see a Doctor so that a proper wound inspection, care, dressing and if needed a prescription for the antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines can be had.
